I hadn't lost a lb in almost 2 weeks and it's because I got too relaxed! Too many veggies. I got so busy with work and school that I stopped writing in my food journal What a boob I am! I know I need to be watched like a little kid. See what happens!
Well I am back on track and the lbs are leaving me now!!! WOO HOO!!!
It's so important to follow Atkins in the beginning. So important.

Well, I got through the day yesterday.I did treat myself to a piece of Hersheys Special Dark SF candy though.
I wasn't going to give myself back to sugar, just to eat my way through a box of chocolates. I feel good today too.
I still haven't budged the darn scale but I know I haven't cheated either.
My car is in the shop for the week so my 5 yr old and I will take another walk today. The sun is shining and it's a bit chilly but I'm looking forward to it!Have an awesome day all!!!!!...

O well. I guess I should expect this now and again. What can you do.
I told myself I would not gey bummed out and here I am, bummin.
well tomorrow is a new day. I 'l have to try harder and bike longer.

The sun wasn't quite shining here today but the birds are chirping and the snow is finally melting.I can't wait to get out and walk on a sidewalk! I love walking to Leslie Sansone but I need a change!!

Well, I did not eat one thing I wasn't supposed to!!! Wahoo!! It was hard let me tell you but I did it. I didn't even lick the cake icing off my fingers! I am so very proud of myself!
I think by reading Chuck's post today about cheating and TJ's post I was in good shape.
Again I have to say thank you to ADBB for giving me the strength to keep going and to say NO THANK YOU! to sweets and breads.
