I kept on track-until today! I'm having a baby shower for my daughter Sunday and have to pick up bakery cake. I know I cannot eat it. I made low carb brownies, 5 carbs a piece but I know I cannot have choc yet. I made them and ate 2 like the piggy I am! I need to throw them away. I tried to pawn them off to my kids but they hated the soy flour.All this work I did and I sabotaged myself.
My head is pounding today from all the inner turmoil going on. What a wienie!

Some days are harder than others I'll tell you that. I made it thru another one though! I look forward to cooking now, see what good recipes my fellow dieters have posted.
I hope everyone is having positive results.

Overall, it's been a good day.
Although, I forgot to take a snack with me to work this a.m, and by 11:00 a.m I was soooo hungry. I was able to hit the deli next door to work and grab a few slices of turkey and a slice of cheese to hold me til I went home.Not a mistake not worth repeating.

Well, I took a lot of advice and stayed away from the bars and lost another 3lbs. 13 lbs in 3 weeks is great! I know what is expected of me now and just need to stick to it. Those lbs and inches won't come off without any effort.
