Hang in there - I know it is hard to give up a habit. I am trying to stop by Diet Pepsi addition. I did find some no carb flavor packets to add to water so I don't get sick of just plain water. I keep reminding myself that there is no nutritional value to Diet Pepsi and it stains my teeth and I will not bring it in the house anymore.Posted September 5th, 2008 at 07:39 AM by ceemarie

I wasn't finished yet with my post. .......but variety seems needed at times. Is there such a thing as having too much splenda???
