I needed the black skirt for a red top I bought last week, a knit top.  I tried them on  here at home and my daughter's jaw dropped.  &quot;You have Curves!&quot; she said!   She agreed it looked spectacular.  I also got some 12's and even one 10 because I loved it and the prices were right.  Think $90 dresses for $6.99.  Some killer red shoes, too!<br />

Ate a few Friday and stuck the rest in the freezer.  Then last night I made a shake with half scoop protein powder, 6 oz milk, and another handful of strawberries.  I don't usually weigh everyday and I had weighed yesterday, 212.4.  But I just felt lighter today, and weighed, 210.4.  Pretty darn cool.  So 3 months, 32 pounds.  I will be in onderland before the year is out, yea!</div>

I am planning to be very fit by the time I reach goal, so didn't want my goal to be too low.. plan on plenty of those 160 pounds on being muscle!  If I am not a size 10 at that point, I will drop my goal.  However, this time my weight reached 242...]]></description>

If I am not a size 10 at that point, I will drop my goal.  However, this time my weight reached 242 and I was a size 20.. last time, pre Atkins, it reached 238 and I was a size 24.  The difference being, I believe, that I did not stop swimming and kept some muscle, even as I put weight back on.  So I think it is realistic to be a 10 when I hit goal.<br />

Had a long weekend, 3 shifts in 2 days, don't work today so no gym, my gym is close to work, and I don't drive into town unless I am working.  So later I will pull out a hula vid or WATP.  Off to clean my sewing room, got the kitchen done!</div>

But to my vow. I vow, next year on my ADBB anniversary July 21, to post a picture of myself in a two piece.  It may never be worn except in the sauna.. but I'll take my picture in it!  The challenge will be to make it a positive experience!  But a challenge is different from a vow.  <br />
 <br />
Anyway, this is me at the start of 6 week exercise challenge 47.  I am fully expecting to see some improvement!  There are 9 full months between now and July.. so 6 more 'challenges.'  Plan to join and max out everyone of them!</div>

Hubby's teeth bothering him, think he is overworking but we have a big bill (house insurance) looming, my work schedule is jacked up.. sure hope that is temporary, I hate working afternoons.   Teen seems to have pinkeye.. just great, need a Dr. bill! ...]]></description>

Cook one bratwurst cut in small pieces, add a bit of coconut oil since brats aren't that fatty, saute' the quartered radishes, add a few sliced onions when radishes are almost soft.  Yummy!</div>

My work schedule is getting all jacked up.  I have been at my store 5 years, I am the floral manager.  But I also have been helping in the fuel station and doing that so long they have me train new folks out there.  They keep hiring folks that I train, then they flake.  You know young folks these days, some of them don't really NEED to work.  So now they have gotten so shorthanded they are having to pull me out there several afternoons this coming week, which they know I hate.  I have kids in school, one my 7 year old grand and she needs 'Grammy' home in the afternoons. <br />
 <br />
It will also mess up my gym routine.<br />
 <br />
Ah well.. I am up, breathing, about to eat some nice crunchy flax cereal....</div>
