I am so glad I walked away from that silly cake. I just 3 weeks agao bought a new pair of jeans I dropped a size going from an 18 to a 16.Last night I just for good measure took out my size 14s. I pulled them up and zipped them straight up...No sucking in .GO ME GO ME!!!!
That is my first mini goal made. I wanted to be in my size 14s before my B-Day at the end of Nov.
Okay so new mini goal I would love them to be baggy by my B-day Nov 30. I CAN AND WILL DO THIS!!!

I was thinking to myself...Maybe if I start writing down how I am feeling and what is going on in my life I Might get to the bottom of why I always but back on the pounds I work so hard to get rid of.
I want to remind myself how great I feel doing this life style. I feel GREAT.
Why am I all or nothing? Why can’t I just have a bite of the good stuff with out wanting it all? A piece of white cake or even a bite would taste so good. If I put that one bite in my mouth the cake will disappear...
