Exercise: Spin Class for 45 minutes, 20 push-ups, 30 sit-ups

Water Intake - 120oz water and 2 cups of green tea

What did I eat today?

Breakfast – 2 pieces of sausage

Snack: 2 stalks of celery with cream cheese, 10 black olives

Lunch – tuna salad, 2 romaine lettuce leaves, 2 slices of swiss cheese

Snack: ½ cup cottage cheese

Water Intake – 100oz, 2 cups of green tea

What did I eat today?

Breakfast – 2 hard boiled eggs

Snack: 2oz of cheddar cheese, 2 tbs olive (black and green) diced and mixed with olive oil and red peppers put them on top of 5 cucumber slices

Lunch – 4oz of grilled salmon cut up on top of a salad (lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, red and yellow peppers, shredded...

Breakfast – 2 pieces of turkey sausage, 1oz cheddar cheese

Snack: 2 pieces of turkey rolled with a pickle
