			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div><font face="Comic Sans MS">Well, my summer break is almost over.  I start back to work on August 22nd.  We've (DH and I) have been at school a few days the past week starting to get things ready for the next year.  Still have some more to do, so I know we'll be there again next week.  I'm ready to go back.  I like being on a schedule.  It helps with a lot of stuff.<br />
<br />
Still haven't been exercising on a regular basis. :grumble:   I know I need to, I just can't seem to get myself moving for it.<br />
<br />
Eating has been great.  That's not the hard part for me....it's the exercising.  <br />
<br />
Our house is just about back together...yeah!!!  We decided to order a new stove, refrigerator, and microwave.  We got a GE Cafe' series stove (stainless), GE stainless refrigerator, and a GE stainless microwave.  I can't wait for them to get here.  Now, he's looking at our counter tops and thinking he wants to do all stainless with those.  That will have to wait for a bit though,<br />
<br />
We didn't go many places this summer.  We went to a local amusement park a few times.  We took our son to Orange County Choppers one of the days.  Spent some time with friends, but most of the time was spent working on the house....it needed it though.<br />
<br />
I'm down 2 more pounds.  I'm hoping Tuesday will bring more good news for me.  I know when I start exercising I lose more, so that's gotta start.  And soon!<br />

I'm actually toying with the idea of not weighing until the 2 week induction is over this time.  I don't know if I can hold out that long though.

I just thought of a new way to do the C25K.  We have a very big backyard.  I was looking at it today and it's kind of like a track.  I can go around it and do the C25K that way since there's not a safe place to run here.<br />

I'll have to see how that works out tomorrow.  Not today because it's really raining hard and I'm not about to go out in that!</div>

<i><font face="Comic Sans MS">OK..new month...new plan of attack! Actually, it's just an old plan of attack that's being re-implemented. Make myself a priority. Get selfish again and do what I need to in order to get where I want to be. I saw something that said, &quot;Believe in yourself and magic will happen&quot;. I think I stopped believing in myself for a while. I got to the point where everyone and everything else became more important and I felt I wasn't as important as the other things. Well, you know what? That's wrong! I'm damned important. I'm worth doing what needs to be done. And today, it starts again! <br />

I'm going back to clean induction.  Already started that yesterday.  Did good with it.  <br />
<br />
Today, serious exercising starts again.  DH and DS will just have to realize that I need some &quot;me&quot; time again.<br />
<br />
I'm taking back my life for what I want and need.  I am going to &quot;believe in myself&quot; again and &quot;magic will happen&quot;.</font></i> <br />
<br />
<font face="Verdana">I know this WOE works.  I need to make it my WOL once again...eating, supplements, and especially, exercise.</font></div>
