Well, my summer break is almost over. I start back to work on August 22nd. We've (DH and I) have been at school a few days the past week starting to get things ready for the next year. Still have some more to do, so I know we'll be there again next week. I'm ready to go back. I like being on a schedule. It helps with a lot of stuff.

Still haven't been exercising on a regular basis. I know I need to, I just can't seem to get myself moving for it.

Things have been going well since I've re-started my plan of attack.

I've lost a total of 7lbs...not great, but I'll take it! At least I'm losing again.

We've been very busy around the house with painting and moving rooms around. Most of my exercise has come in the form of lifting boxes, moving furniture, etc. That's OK though. I wanted to start lifting!

Well, tomorrow is my official weigh day since I re-started everything on July 1.

I'm actually toying with the idea of not weighing until the 2 week induction is over this time. I don't know if I can hold out that long though.

Exercise has been going well.

I just thought of a new way to do the C25K. We have a very big backyard. I was looking at it today and it's kind of like a track. I can go around it and do the C25K that way since there's not a safe...

So far things have been going well with my "me" time. I am just making the time. No matter what needs to be done, if I find it's time for me to exercise, I get in my workout clothes, put in the DVD and close the doors. The rest of the world is locked out for the duration of the DVD.

The world won't end or come to a complete stop because I'm taking care of myself.

I posted this in my journal, but thought I'd start a blog too. Why? Just another place to give me some more "me" time.

OK..new month...new plan of attack! Actually, it's just an old plan of attack that's being re-implemented. Make myself a priority. Get selfish again and do what I need to in order to get where I want to be. I saw something that said, "Believe in yourself and magic will happen". I think I stopped believing in myself for a while.
