walking burns belly fat-say it with me now, with conviction!

Oh, I had to push, push, push myself out the door for that 3 mile walk. Knowing I needed to post some miles for the mileage challenge helped, and I kept thinking, walking burns belly fat, get out there!

Progress- I can now keep walking after I reach the tops of the hills instead of having to huff and puff and stop to catch my breath!

Day 8

It feels like a good morning. My first full 24 hours with out a Diet Coke. Yes I know I was suspose to quit but again the stress demon had me but that is why I said stress is my enemy. I am Diet coke free now and I feel better this morning.

My blood sugar is 193 and that is before I eat. I know it will go up slightly but not like before. My eyes are still hurting a little. I dont know if it is the new computer or the diabetes so October I will go for an eye check up. Insurance...

Well, I found these ketostix I have been looking for. And, tah dah.....I'm dark purple. Woo Hoo!! Doing the happy dance!

More walking with Memphis, he is enjoying this more than I am for sure. I haven't started any marathon's yet, but we have started.....

Looking forward to being able to do more...

Hmmm the more I walk and do the more I eat...should be interesting come weigh in Monday!!

Day 4 of induction

Day 4 and feeling pretty good. Worked out; lifted weights (Thursday is a leg weight lifting day) and did 31 minutes on the Elliptical machine. I did 31 minutes so that I would exceed 300 calories burned, a mini day goal of mine.

I had egg salad for breakfast and egg salad / Boston lettuce wraps for lunch. I am not sick of egg salad yet, I keep repeating to myself.

Despite saying that I wouldn't jump on the scale until friday, I climbed on this morning and there was no...

Week 2 Stall

Starting week 2 and have seemed to have stalled. Have I done something wrong or is this normal and I have not changed anything since I started and lost 6lbs.
