Mood: A bit cloudy

Workout Routine: Nada...but I did purchase Denise Austin DVD's and intend on using them today.
What did I eat today?
Breakfast: 1 oz gouda cheese
Lunch: zucchini egg bake
Snack: 1 egg, 1/2 c. pumpkin
Dinner: mushroom and swiss
Water intake for the day: 64oz
Supplements: none (gotta do something though)

Thanks for the format - it works really nice ma.

I am stalling and I am getting frustrated. Sugar sweets are really starting to haunt me ...they are every where. And a bagel mmm I know. I am not eating them but the food is everywhere. I feel like it is day 2 or something. So hard to stay on plan and be tough. But I am... going to start to exercise tonight. wish me luck.

Shauna, don't get frustrated...your body is simply adjusting to all these changes. It isn't like a computer where you can press a button and delete pounds, you are completely reprograming it! Hey, those new operating systems take a while to upload. (sorry for the 'puter reference, I'm an office manager for a tech consulting company and I'm surrounded!)

You can totally do this, just don't let these little stalls get you down. Just remember that you are retraining your body AND your brain to eat real foods, to burn real fat, and to get real healthy!

Bella I work in an IT dept. If things were that simple I would just delete the currant software and reload the skinny version. lol
I went home and exercised for lunch. I only did the warm up, but it still felt good. I can do it all over again tonight and extra.
Thanks for ur warm words of encoragment. Hope your day goes well...

going by these computer metaphors, I must be running everything from Win3.1 to Windows7. No wonder my CPU feels sluggish from time to time. Luckily, everything I'm learning about this way of life has drastically upgraded my RAM.
It would be nice though if I could just get a giant magnet and start off fresh.
Now, if you'll excuse me, i'm off to double click my mouse.

    too far?
