| Those pictures I found online really helped. I did the spit test this morning and I had that spit - the legs, the specks and the glob on the bottom. I've got a candida overgrowth for sure. Between the spit and the 320 score on the online test, and the yeast attacking me externally as well.. yeah, I'm convinced. Now to sit down and work up a shopping list and go through my fridge and pantry. DH gets paid Friday so I can get supplements and lots of low-carb foods. I also need to work on giving up some stuff like coffee.. That should be fun.
