Bloating Cause?

I have been reading this area and it seems I might be a candidate for this yeast stuff, of which I am quite clueless.
After beginning induction, lost 9lbs in 10 days and life was great. The past 5 days, I lost 1lb and have been very bloated for no good reason the last 3 days. (My diet has not changed, did the same the last 5 as I did the first 9)

I'm wondering if this sounds like yeast or if possible the addition of sugar-free jello w aspartame might be a better candidate? I added the jello on days 5-7-8-9-10-11-14. I'm wondering if aspartame would cause severe bloating.

I don't think its the Aspartame, but since it's on the no no list you might want to drop it and make your own jello with Splenda to see what happens.
