Default Who's fighting the yeast right now?

I have gotten back on the yeast fighting wagon. I am starting to lose weight and inches again. I have come to realize that this is the way my body is and I need to deal with it. When I stop dealing with it, I gain weight and don't feel good. I am taking Candex 2 pills 2x a day, Oil of Oregano 2 pills 2x per day, and 2 Apple Cider Vinegar pills 2x per day. Is anyone else dealing with this right now?

I am jumping back on too. I went through all of this in high school, now I am 29 and I get it a little more. are you changing your diet and taking the pills too? How are the pills working for you?

I haven't had any yeast troubles since before starting Atkins. In fact, the worst yeast attacks always were connected either with my eating way to much sugar or starch, or following antibiotic therapy. On Atkins, the sugar & starch are gone, so what's a yeast to live on???

I was doing great with diet and the pills, but then I got a sinus infection and bronchitis. I was put on antiobiotics which I still have for a few more days. I cheated and fell off the wagon. I'm climbing back on. I have a birthday party to attend tomorrow. It will be hard, but I need to resist. I am going to eat a good meal before I go, to head off any cravings. I am going back to induction until I feel better.

I was on antibiotic when I first started induction and think I may have gotten a yeast overgrowth. I got a diflucan script and then had PISS.
