Both Tested Positive for Yeast w/the Test...(sniff)

Matt and I did the spit test this morning and we both tested positive.

(sigh)

It is always something...

Anyone else out there doing a yeast-free program?

I should be, but I'm not! I do cut way back on things like mushrooms and cheese, but that's about it.

You tested positive for yeast too? Do you have the coated tongue also?

I had some acidopholus in the fridge so we both took a supplement this morning. I'm going to research some more to see what needs to be done.

read the stickies and check out Beky Sue's stuff. She was diagnoised by her doc and did the cure both the diet and the anti yeaste meds and stuff.

you want to strike a balnce of killing the yeast by starvation and either meidcal or natural candida kilers while regrowing your natural friendly bacteria. Some folk can do it just eating Atkins induction and adding a yeast killer others need the KISS and still others need the gold standard eating plans. Hope you figure out your solution.

If you have the coated tongue (Thrush) you may need a prescription med for that, have had my children go through it.

Thanks for the info.

I looked up some pictures on thrush in google and my tongue isn't coated that way...I wonder if mine is something else or just not as bad?

I'm looking to see if I can find a picture of a tongue that matches mine...be back.
