| Hi Christophfam, I recently did it too and mine had one big long streak to the bottom then sank in 3 minutes. I had lost several pounds the first week then nothing for the next three. A week after taking A.D.P. (Oil of Oregano or OoO) and Lactozyme ( to put back the good stuff) I lost 4lbs. From what I understand I am suppose to follow this for 6 weeks. I guess only time will tell. If it is causing you a problem, I hope what ever path you choose works out for you. I was totally lost and just chose this path. |

| Some people do not like the idea of the possible side effects of Diflucan (liver damage and death are forever!), while others have tried Diflucan or Nystatin with little to no success. If you read DANDR, you'll see that Atkins believes in modifying the diet and taking certain supplements to fight the yeast overgrowth. Everyone has yeast in them, the problem comes from an overgrowth. If you are faithfully doing Atkins correctly and are losing weight OR inches, then you shouldn't worry about the yeast. It is only when you've stalled for a month or more, knowing that you've been accurate with carb counts, water, exercise, etc, then you should look into the yeast issue more closely. |
