Egg Cheesecake (lemon) fresh coconut (my supermarket does this in handy chunks - i bought a real one and couldn't jolly well open it!) Cucumber sticks and houmous. xxx

| erm, tried to do induction and anti-candida at the same time but too restrictive thanks to no cheese, mayonnaise, dairy etc! lol so doing a kind of induction with allowances for nuts two or three times a week plus a yoghurt every morning (6g carbs per pot) and cottage cheese (2g carbs per 100g) other than that it pretty much resembles induction - tuna/beans, salmon salads, prawn stirfry, fishcakes...and loadsa eggs! i've only really just started, been difficult to get up and running due to severely restricted finances. now back on a roll! (not an actual roll mind you!) i'm going to buy my special stuff eg oregano oil etc next week but hoping to kill the yeasties soon as i want my fruit back! we don't get it much in Scotland and this is the only time of year it's reasonably priced - oh what i wouldn't do for a bowl of raspberries and strawberries, or a succulent juicy peach! lol so snacks are always important. bought some babybel as it's not really a mouldy cheese so should be okay and was getting very twitchy mid afternoons. any insight useful though! sarah

| i found a uk supplier of OOO that seems to be fairly reasonable. i've also been hearing great things about coconut oil - it' a medium chain fatty acid and grabs a hold of the yeastie and pulls them out! i've stuck with the cream cheese, just have it once or twice a week though - try to have dry boiled ham or topside of beef as cold meat - my supermarket does a nice range....who's stupid idea was it anyway to add sugar to meat!!?? so silly! love sarah
