Question about detox

Hi everyone, ok i need maybe another persons answer here. I know i have cut out all dairy and processed meats to try and get some of the yeasties gone. And i have had a headache and feel lousy the last couple of days, i started on tuesday so this is my 5th day today, well i noticed i have a boil or a risen it is just starting to form, i have not had one of these in like 2years, could it be from the toxins in my body, could it be from a result of my body trying to detox itself. I have had about 4 of these in the last 4years, i started getting them when i worked at a daycare and have not had one in almost 2yrs, i know there painful, and im just trying to figure out why am i getting one all of a sudden.
