Default Anyone take Threelac? Or Candex?

I recently got some threelac and I have a few questions..sort of in general about the whole candida thing and along with the threelac.

I'm reading on the website for threelac that a strict candida diet does not need to be followed in order for the product to work. Is this true? I am going to make every effort to cut out these yeast-thriving foods...it just all of a sudden seems to daunting to cut out ALL cheese. obviously is this is what it takes..then this is my option.

Not saying I am about to go eat processed meats, vinager, etc..but how effective is the product going to be if I am following a strict induction and just LOWERING my cheese intake?

I also got some Candex. If anyone has any experience with that, I'd love to hear!

Thank you!

Sorry, I can't help you out here. The products where I live are different. Hopefully after the weekend someone more knowledgeable about candida will be along with some advice.

I am not familiar with either of those products, but I have done the most strict yeast-free diet possible and that was the only way to get rid of the little buggars! I played around with the diets, but it was only successful when I even removed all tea, coffee, dried spices and herbs, etc. Cheese is one of the worst offenders. I thought I had gotten away scot free after this last surgery and antibiotics, until I started craving and ate blue cheese dressing and blue cheese burgers. It was back with a vengence in just a few days.

Just so you know--chamomile tea and coconut oil are both strong anti-fungals. Both help get rid of the little beasties.

Sunny!

Hi,

I am taking 3lac for the second time because of the success that I had the first time and plus probiotics are really good for the immune system and digestive track. The first time I took it, I was following a pretty strict anti-yeast diet anyway because after I had my son, I always had a lot of yeast in my body and thrush while he was nursing. We both took it, cleared up the yeast completely and it' has never returned even when my diet wasn't so great in the past.

Now, we both take it again for the probiotics and to keep the digestive system going. It also seems to help with my son's food allergies as 75% of the immune system is in the gut and that is where all those food reactions are taking place. We both are doing great with it and I will continue to take it, it also makes any bloating go away as well.

Good luck with it, from my experience it's been a great product!!!

I've heard that garlic supplements are good for it, too, but I have never taken them. I eat so much garlic, I don't feel I need supplements. Half of the food I make has fresh garlic in it. Love the stuff!
