Thrush update -- definite progress

It's not gone but it's much better than it was. I bought Saccharomyces boulardii, which is another type of yeast that is non-invasive. I'm both taking it orally and opening the capsules and mixing them with a tablespoon of warm water and slathering them on the skin. This seems to have made a big difference that the candida has another type of yeast to fight it out with.

Hoping that the probiotics + diet + anti-fungals will be enough to beat it.

I'm two days away from having been on the diet a month.
