| I don't suffer from candida, so am not very knowledgeable (even though I mod this forum). I'm sure some candida expert will be along shortly and be able to help you. I'd imagine that the more yeasty foods you remove from your diet the quicker you'll see results. You say you're losing, which is good! Hope you get answers soon.

| Thanks for your reply. I definitely feel better for low yeasting. Am 2.5 pounds down on day six and the most amazing thing is that I have lost 2 inches from my waist in six days! I think my stomach was very bloated and is finally going down. I am going to keep going with what I am doing for several months and then try the occassional portion of aged cheese and see what happens. Zx |
