Having said that, LOL, I'll give you a comparison, just so you can see it isn't all roses for everyone else. I lose a pound a week when I am good. What does that mean? It means no cheats except my coffee. Keeping the cheese down. Keeping veggies up. Keeping calories to no more than 1800 a day. It means 3 weights workouts (I am talking heavy weights not the pastel ones), 2 pilates classes, 3 days of cardio (at least one with intervals), 3-4 days water aerobics, a couple of 2-3 mile walks, less than 3 sweeteners a day and 100 ounces of water daily. That's what I do for one pound off the scale. I am not posting for a pity party--thats just what my body has handed me. Have had thyroid checked. Normal now (was a little low for awhile) candida, maybe but if I have to give up the muushrooms and cheeses I know I will tank on the program so for now they are worth the slow loss. Oh, and this week I am actually one pound more than when I started re-Induction 2 weeks ago but I am not freaking because I know I am doing things right. I am trusting the scale to figure that out at some point. In the meantime, it is banished to the closet. |
Wow. That's really a lot of work you do for a pound. I'm really happy you shared that with me. Thank you. You are a workout QUEEN! Way to go! That's such a great inspiration.
Ohhh so you're still eating cheese and mushrooms? Hm... I can see why you don't want to give them up. Cheese is one of my favorite foods.
You're really a wonderful inspiration. Hope we can stay in touch!!
