November Video Challenge Goalies!

Congratulations Lady Hawke and qbu for successfully completing the November Exercise Video Challenge!!

Lady Hawke (aka Tamariah) excercies to Leslie Sansone videos in 1/2 mile increments TEN times a day!! Everyday! So, that means for the month of October, Lady Hawke completed 300 workouts! I am amazed by her dedication and perserverance!

qbu EXCEEDED her goal of 30 videos by completing 36 workouts for the month! And these were toughies... usually Sin6 Ramp It Up or a Cardio Jam! With daily workouts, qbu also showed tremendous dedication!

A few others of us also attempted the challenge (myself included), but didn't quite finish:

However, we all agree we still workedout more than we normally would have and learned important things about our exercise habits and preferences in the process. And that's an important part of what these challenges are all about.
