| Congrats to everyone! And thanks! I am more than slightly addicted to the ol' magnetic sb, especially with the dumbbells. But, I am now going very light or sometimes no dumbbells, focusing on cardio, so this month will be a lot less time on the sb (sigh) and the weights (heavy sigh lol). Here's to a great month of November on the stability ball. PS: I hope you will be understanding that I really do have a little (pinching my fingers to show how small) problem with the sb addiction...so when I hit the gym this month I am doing a lot of abs each time on it plus a few other non-weight things.
