the sudden return of my waist!

Hi Everyone! Boy this is so weird. I have only lost 1 pound in the past week -I guess I can attribute that to taking a two week break from working out during this past crazy two weeks at school/work. Well I woke up today and even though I do not weigh a single pound less than yesterday, my waist has suddenly appeared out of no where after taking a vacation for the past 5-6 years!!!!!!! yesterday I was still round in the sides of my belly, today I have indentations on each side of my waist!!!!!!!! I can actually grab the sides of my waist and feel muscle!!!! I couldn't believe it! I am so ecstatic! This has revived me for going back to working out... Maybe my body just needed a break??? I didn't think that something like that could happen over night!!!! YEAH!!!!!!

It's interesting how our bodies will just do stuff - and sometimes stuff we like - just like that, isn't it?

this is so strange i just said the same thing.. that all of a sudden my tummy looks a lot smaller and i have a smaller waist !!! goooooo us for having one lol!
