25 pounds is fantastic! how many more do you want to lose? did you measure before starting? the tale of the tape can be even more telling of the progress you've made

Thank you all. I have not taped myself, but my waist is much smaller, so much that I need a new belt or will have to add new holes...  Started at 253, I am 228 today. I am looking to get back to around 190 or whatever weight it is to have my flat stomach back. I would like that by April, but June is goal, and September is the line in the sand. So, I am allowing plenty of time to get there. For me it's a journey, not a race...  Thank you all again for the encouragement.  |

Congrats Steven that's so cool 25 pounds makes a world of a difference. I love what u say about it being a journey and not a race. This is so true, if some people looked at it that way it would be so much easier!!!
