| Great Job!!!! I love the veggie rung! I'm looking forward to it in a few days. I decided to work my way up the rungs again. Introduce new things as I go up, foods that I havn't added in before. Should be fun. Good for you getting back on track and getting through Induction. You're doing great! Keep up the fantastic work you're doing for yourself! Sherri

| Wow.. massive congratulations. I'm one day a way from finishing my induction and I like you had so many false starts. It feels great doesn't it. and you have had tremendous results GOOD FOR YOU.. Keep going. PS - are you moving on to OWL or staying with Induction |

It does feel good to get through it and realize that I can actually stick to it...I am moving up the rungs of OWL, I want to find my carb tolerance so that I don't get into bad habits of just eating whatever and then gaining back all the weight...I jumped around a bit and added dairy and berries first (pudding and strawberries) but I'm going to try to stick with the rungs, as close as I can. What about you? |
