| you are doing a great job!!! and once that cardio hits the floor you should take off. remember, keep the water intake up....and you should soon be descending from altitudes of 240, 230....220, 210......and then soon you will land on your feet!

| great job Doug! Amazing how much better we feel after a couple weeks with just a little bit of work. Don't forget to hydrate - 64 oz a day minimum, especially when you start exercising. There are plenty of challenges on the board to keep you busy and a great way to meet people. Keep up the great work!! Carole
