| Thanks for the support. How do you add to your profile so that when you reply to people's messages it includes your stats? I was 288 so I basically have to lose 1/2 of myself!!! |

| You won't continue to loose as much as you did the first week, but the loss will be pretty constant. You are doning wonderful, keep up the great work. Make sure you get enough fat, protein and veggies to eat and you'll do fine. Carole
