| Well done! I agree, you said it well - it does become a habit and a way of life. It's actually nice when you start to hear people say how nice your food looks and it's a shame you stopped your diet, only to see their faces when you tell them you can eat that on it! Keep up the good work!

| Keep it up, your doing great ! I remember a couple years ago I dropped to 198 and YES you will feel super when you break that barrier as I did. I went off the plan, God only knows why and gained it back, so I am here again because I know this works. But on the bright side, I will get to re-live breaking that 200 pound mark ![]() Good luck in the rest of your journey to a new you ! |
