I started Atkins in October 08. While I have not lost weight fast I have lost steady. I am diabetic so that is a major hurdle. I gave birth in March and in October I was the weight I was when I went in to have my daughter. I was not happy and had to do something.

Since I started Atkins in October I have lost 27.5 lbs and 14.08% of my total body weight!

So I have been at this for 5 months now. I have 24 lbs to go!
