| I just broke through the 80's to 179. Now that you are on the 'down side' don't be discouraged if your loss slows. I now fight for every pound, but keep in mind that each pound will now be a bigger percentage of 'you.' You are on a good roll with your exercise and I know you will be showing off goalie status in no time flat!
