| You look wonderful, isn't it wonderful to feel 'normal' instead of fat and fluffy everytime you look in the mirror? What an amazing accomplishment, I know you will keep on to goal! Don't be discouraged at the loss slows, remember now each pound will be a larger proportion of your fat, so each pound is a Bigger 'deal' than it was at first!
