Congratulations AmandaRae!!!!! ![]() I have lots of days where I am not hungry...I find that if I do not eat...even just a hard boiled egg or a bit of cheeses that I could end up starving and cheat!!! I had a cheat day yesterday and I think it is because I tried a liquid diet 2 meals in a row...I felt deprived and ended up turning my brain off and eating bad stuff...I am going to make my b-fast soon and get it into me! Thats a start.....then get back at it....after my day yesterday I feel like I am on day 1 of induction!! It is strange...I just hope that I do not crave too much sweet like I did in the beginning of the induction...if so I will get thru it because I really do want to be thinner, feel healthy, look good and enjoy life for a change instead of struggling with weight and the negative emotions that always seem to go along with it!! Hope you have a lovely dinner out AmandaRae....you deserve it!! Hugs, Dorrie

Awesome! And as for me, I've gotten to where eating little ( compared to what I used to eat) only a few times a day has been enough to fill me up and I've been mostly content with that. Sometimes I get snacky, though. I've been keeping sunflower seeds at work. I get odd looks when they see shells in my trash can as they just stick to the bag At home, I keep one of the cream cheese, chocolate, spelnda and butter concoctions in the freezer for a late night treat if I've done OK that day. I can't say that I've really cheated but on Easter I made the kids an pineapple upside down cake and I may or may not have picked a few crubs and piece of pineapple off of the knife... and a few days ago I may or may not have had a bowl of sugar free low fat frozen yogurt... but that was my 50lb treat!

I also keep gum too, I know it is not allowed but I have a piece and keep it throughout the day, keeps my mouth moving and lessens my temptations..... 50lbs, jeez I would celebrate with a treat

Still have 100+ to go, but, after only a few short months the new eating habits etc. have become *normal* to me. I do miss breads, pasta and spuds, but, those were always my main weakness anyway.
