| Wow!! congrats! I'm at the start of wk 2 of my induction, I lost 8 the first week and hoping to lose close to that again this week
__________________ 28 yrs old/5'7"/Started 09/20/09 (start BMI 31.3) Wk1:195/-8 lbs-4.5 inches! (BMI 30.1) Wk2:192/-11 lbs ttl, -10.5 inches ttl! Wk3:190/-13 lbs ttl, -11 inches ttl! (BMI 29.8, no longer obese!) Wk4:188/-15 lbs ttl, -11.5 inches ttl! | GOOD FOR YOU! Just keep that walking, even if you don't want to go that day...just say, OK, I'll go for at least ten. ...then when you get there, talk yourself into going ten more and so on. It works for me. The second week can go just as fast as the first, so kEEP GOING!!!! I am also doing the ketostix and trying not to step on the scale every single day. Its more encouraging to skip a few days at a time. |

| First of all congrats! ![]() I am a firm believer of finding what works for YOU! thats the key here... yes, many people have had success by following the book page by page, and many can recite it, but finding what works.. and moving forward! Congrats! |
