Good Morning Liz, Tracie and all those that check in  (yes, it's still morning here)Liz, sending you some fresh Oregon air . That's a good sign that you're ready to get up and get moving. When do you get to be mobile? Hope it's soon. Hang in there!Tracie, CONGRATULATIONS to your soon to be 100 pound weight loss. Boy do I know what that feels like, AWESOME!  It's cool and raining here in the Great Northwest. I've been cleaning house today and will be working in the yard this weekend. I have flowers to plant in the beds and a garden to tend to. Hi everyone! Checking in. I've been doing very well. This is my 6th day on Induction, and already a 12 pound loss. I'm losing an average of 2 pounds a day with the highest purple in ketosis as well. I don't recall losing this much this quick before?? I am eating, drinking water and staying on track. Though, I do tend to feel sick to my stomach with the thought of food majority of the time, but do force some food down. I am very excited with my weight loss so far, but then kind of worried with the upset stomach issues. One minuted I'm fine, the next, sick to my stomach. I can hear and feel my stomach/intestines making weird noises almost all day long. It's not hunger pains, more like "settling" noises. Any ideas??
