| wow Kristine, Where is everyone? Ouch! your knee sounds nasty, please be careful with it, knee injuries can really hang around if you don't rest them. Good thinking about putting the ice on and I hope you get to consult your fellow cloggers who do physical therapy very soon. All ok here, singing in a concert tonight, just home between rehearsals and performance. At least tonight I dont have to worry about my concert dress being too small for me! Hope everyone has a great weekend. Keetje |

| Hi Fat4Now, I sing Oratorio - all sorts of classical church music and occasionally join the chorus in amateur opera. A comment made by my singing teacher was one of the main reasons I kicked off on dropping some weight - he said 'Keetje, you are NEVER going to be able to breathe properly with all that weight around your middle' In this one sentence my singing teacher was able to accomplish what the medical profession and failed to do over many years - i.e. getting me to lose a bit of weight. Now, 21 pounds later - he has said that he can tell the difference in my breathing. Would you believe that singing is a very good workout? When I finish my hour-long lessons, i am bathed in sweat (sorry for the detail!). Keetje |
