| Hi Kagi and everyone who checks in today! Wow, have you ever had a day when you exercise and you feel so good that you feel like you could walk for miles and miles? I felt like that this morning; that is such a turn-around for me! I have to take time to encourage you guys to take some supplements if you currently do don't so; I am convinced that this has along with this WOE has revolutionized my health. I just added a large (1000mg) supplement of vitamin C to my other supplements and I lost 1lb overnight after starting it. I have had some past heart palpitations but since adding Vitamins B, C, E, Flaxseed, potassium and chromium I have noticed a severe decrease in the occurence of heart arrhytmias. It's been wonderful to learn to listen to what my body needs vs. trying to keep it running on garbage. Happy low-carbing today! |

| Good Morning Kagi, Happy and all those that check in ![]() Happy, i'm a true beleiver in supplementing with naturals. Another good supplement for heart palpitations is Magnesium. Magnesium will help regulate heart rythm. It's such a heart healthy supplement. I take 400mg liquid capsul everyday. Along with centrum silver, calcium w/D, omega fish oil, olive leaf extract, pro-biotic, fiber (flax). I also like to rotate anti-funguls too. You are so right about the importance of supplementing and listening to your body of what it needs. YOU GO GIRL!! Wishing everyone a great low carb friday. Make sure to get your water in ![]() Love ya, Sherri

| Hello I've actually been up a while, but busy chasing the kitties out of the chicken pen. Sigh. Everyone likes a chicken dinner.Got a steak marinating in some thai spices, then gonna go whack some more weeds---my best crop Got a good load of peppers blanched and frozen yesterday. Tomatoes tonight. Did you all know, according to fitday, yellow tomatoes have less carbs then red? |
