Good evening, All:

Mariah here checking in. Sherri, good luck with the bday celebration. Hope everyone else is doing well.

End of Day 2 for me. Had dinner out (work engagement) and stuck to plan. Eating out with out falling off induction will be my greatest challenge, I have a lot of social work commitments.

And wine... I love wine with dinner. Dinner without a glass of wine tastes like lunch to me. No wine on induction, correct?
