Good morning everyone. I have returned once again after a pretty big slip up the past few months. I'm being super lazy today unfortunetly. I have also been severly depressed. I'm hoping a cup of black decaf coffee and a 45 minute work out will raise my spirirts. I hope everyone has a fabulous day!

Goooood morning everyone!!! Great to see you all here, it's a gorgeous day out today (sadly I am indoors all day) but hope to get out right after work and enjoy the beautiful weather and walk around. Sugar_Ant87, I find that when I'm feeling frustrated, exercise really helps me out a great deal. I have developed a routine now when I'm feeling discouraged or frustrated, I make myself go for a walk or get on my glider or do some exercising with weights. It helps me a great deal. It's amazing how much better I feel afterwards. You might want to try incorporating this as well. In addition to the regular exercise you do. Keep coming here and posting...this forum is a great support too all and has many, many people who care very much. Don't get discouraged regarding a slip up. We want to avoid slip ups at all cost...but if it happens, take it as a learning and try to recognize why it happened so that if a similar situation or feeling happens again (such as when you slipped up) you can deal with it in a different way and avoid the slip up. I saw your recent post where you posted some pictures, you look fabulous! You've come a long way and I know you can continue in the success you have already achieved...I know you can! Keep you the great job and acknowledge what you have already accomplished...acknowledging what you have achieved is very important. Have a fabulous day everyone! Sarina

Good morning everyone! Nice to have you back SugarAnt I did the shopping thing myself last night.....sadly, I don't have a mountain to come down from to do mine It's been great grilling weather here, and we're going through a ton of meat for just the two of us! My freezer is almost empty again! How is everyone's food budget? Is it my imagination, or has food gone way up this past year???

Good evening, All: Mariah here. Beautiful day in my part of the country even though I was indoors most of it. I was down 2.5 lbs this am, so that was good. Hoping for another lb tomorrow. I have been extremely good and usually lose easily at the beginning. For those of you feeling listless and a little under the weather emotionally, a walk works. And a walk listening to some favourite music is even better. I know it is hard to get out there when you already feel a little down. Please accept a gentle push from me now. I will need the same from you when it is my turn. Have a great evening. - Mariah

It isn't your imagination Chick! We're all feeling the pinch at the check out stands these days. I've cut back buying, what I call luxuries, olives, cottage cheese, avacadoes, pickles, etc. just so I can buy enough meat. Kinda like robbing Peter to pay Paul. It sure is teaching me to be more conservative. I noticed today when I bought my Bob's Redmill Flaxmeal that it was up 70 cents. I have a feeling that our economy is going to get worse before it gets better. TTYL, Sherri

I accept your gentle push to get out there and walk. I'm trying to get back into my workouts with my gazelle. Getting started is the hardest for me. But once I get past that first week, I develope a thirst for it. Thanks again! Sherri
