| Good morning CCer's. I wanted to thank everyone yesterday for the encouraging words. The workout definetly worked wonders yesterday! I wish I would have woken up early enough to do a quick work out before work =(. But I had my eggs and coffee this morning and I'm ready to take on the day! ![]() Hope everyone has a fabulous low carb day! |

| Hello Everyone, I'm back after a few weeks of illness - had a dreadful throat infection that knocked the stuffing out me - it was as much as i could do to keep my head above water! The eating has not been totally on plan, shall we say? Fortunately, I have maintained my weight and this morning got back on the wagon. Nice to see some new faces here, and all the usual suspects, of course! Keetje |

| Good morning! I hope all of you are doing well and ready for another low carb day! Stephanie, I'm so happy to hear that you're feeling better after your workout yesterday...as mentioned before, I find that helps me a GREAT deal in times of feeling stressed or a bit down. I'm currently 14lbs from losing a total of 100 lbs....I was 400 lbs last year...as of April of this year I started to lose weight and then in July began Atkins and have continued to lose weight. As of this morning, I am 314lbs so I'm pretty excitted that in the next week or so I should finally be in the 200 range! I haven't seen that range for more years then I can remember. Sadly, I seemed to have come down with a bladder infection and had to start drinking some cranberry juice late lastnight to deal with it. This is way off what I should be doing as I am in an extended Induction period...however, I have to deal with this problem so I went out late lastnight and found 100% organic cranberry juice that has 0 sugar or sweetener. I will be on it only for as long as it takes to deal with this problem. Hopefully it won't cause too much of a problem in the weight/craving dept....but I am working out hard each night still and making sure everything else I am eating is in accordance to Induction foods. I guess I can call this my first slip (cheating) but it's due to medical reasons. Thought I would just give a brief update. Have a fabulous day everyone and drink lots of water!
