9/6/2008 CC Roll Call

Good Morning all!
Even though its a Saturday, I've been up and moving since 6:30am! I got this great work-out video last night and couldnt' wait to try it this morning. I needed a boost to my daily walking routine. I bought the walk-at-home series by Lisa Sansone ( I think that's her name) from Wal-Mart; it was only 13 bucks and it was totally worth it; I got a great workout! So, I'm feeling great; looking thinner and loving life. Now, I'm gearing myself up for the weigh- no way! challenge. This will be a test for me as I've been weighing every day, not out of obession with the scales, mind you, but rather to observe the pattern to my body's weight loss. I have definitely seen a distinct pattern to how my body is reacting to the WOE but now I'm gonna try and stick to my goal of no weighing except for the once a week time allowed by the challenge. Wish me luck!

Good luck Happy on the No Weigh Challenge! I too am in that challenge. Last time I exceeded the challenge and went 30 days without weighing. I'm hoping to do the same this time.

Good morning everyone! So today is a very blah day. I'm so run down with class and work. Hopefully I can force myself into a work out today before work (Since I will be working till 2am and then going to services at 9am sunday morning)

I can do it though. If I can resist the pizza in my fridge I'm pretty sure I can do anything at this point ha ha ha =). Before I forget where do I sign up for the "Weigh- no way" challenge. I would love to give it a shot =).

It's Hanna! Gustav made a two hour appearance here, a bit of rumbling. lightening and insignificant rain. Hanna is supposed to belt us, plus high winds....there goes the roof to the chicken run....again!

Of course! The News never stops
The chickens will be inside their little barn. Come morning, however, they will peep out in shock at the site of their run. last time, they were out in it, and one got trapped under a fiberglass sheet....you should have heard the ruckus....you would have thought they ALL got nailed! When we finally got it off her, she straightened her ruffled feathers and walked out in a huff
