| Hi Sherri, Yes, I have the same one as you do! I love mine too...it's awesome. I've been trying to fit in 1 hr. a day on it as well as walk and hour at night. It's a great machine and I'm so thrilled to have it. I think I might end up wearing it out! I was checking out a used site online and someone about an hour away from us was giving a new one away for free! I hope someone was able to pick it up and get some great use out of it.....it really works wonders if one is diligent in using it. I'd be up to a challenge! Let me know if one comes up! | Hi Sarina, I'm struggling to get back into a routine with mine. I've only been on it once this past week. It's something I have to gradually get into. I deal with arthritis. So i've got to start out slow and work my way up. I put in a mile just under 25 minutes and that kept me sore a couple days after. I shouldn't of done so much the first day. | Hi Sherri, Congratulations on getting back on yours! I got away from mine for about a year until recently as well. Don't overdue it, that will only make you sore and perhaps prevent you from being able to go on it more frequently through the week. Maybe try starting out with about 10 or 15 minutes (or whatever you feel most comfortable with), if you feel well afterwards, you can always add a regular walk sometime throughout the rest of the day or maybe some stretching exercises. Take your time with it, enjoy it and when you feel you are able...you can tack on a minute here and there. Take each day as it comes! Good for you Sherri for dusting it off, we'll do it together!
