I am still struggling to like coffee black because while doing induction I have to really cut back the cream. Of course all the cream at my grocery store has dextrose added (just to piss me off I think) so even 1 tbsp of whipping cream has 1 carb. Like you all coffee REALLY helps me stop thinking about eating!
