Good morning Chicklady and all the folks: This weekend I'm just chillin'. I plan to read DANDR today. I didn't do so well this week so I feel I need some reinforcement. I think I'll take a look at the read the book challenge thread and use that as a guide. I need structure!

Hi chick & luckie & all that follow. Im headed out to sams & the grocery store to load up on a bunch of low carb yummies! Ps...I colored my hair, so Im a redhead now (eek, not sure how I feel about it yet, its quite a change...Ive been watching king of queens a lot lately and decided I really liked carries hair lol) Ill have to post a pic soon! ne way hope everyones having a good weekend! |

Hi everyone! Saturday's my quiet day ... no trips to the gym, no housework beyond the basics, not much cooking ... in other words: My kind of day! Plan on doing some reading, maybe watching a spooky movie, and the World Series tonight. And ... that's about it! Have a good one, y'all

Hi everyone, Yard work today and Patriots game tomorrow.
__________________ 40 year old male 6' 3" What I know: 1-Atkins WOE/WOL plan works 2-I need to always work on the behaviors and triggers that make me over eat. 3-Atkins WOL is part of the puzzle, but is not the entire thing. 4-Self-deprecation only feeds our inner ego and not in a good way.  |

Hey Luckie, if you wanna keep your mind off food, come clean my house  I'll even feed you when you're done!Jammie, I made myself a blond for a good 10-12 years. I finally let my natural color grow back out (looking like a skunk while it happened) It had been so long I forgot what it was! |
