| Hi! Welcome to the board! The typical weight loss after 2 weeks of induction is 5-10% of what you have to lose. If you lost 5 lbs out of 100 in 6 days, that means you have already lost 5%, so you're doing great! ![]() My advice however, don't freak out if there will be days when you weigh a little more than in the previous day. If you choose to weigh daily, make sure you don't get discouraged by the number you see on the scale. | Take it one pound at a time and one day at a time. You are off to a fantastic start. You didn't gain the weight overnight and you are not going to lose it overnight. Don't forget to take your measurements, it is also a great gage of your weight lose and progress. Go for it girl!

| As it turns out ... that loss has now turned into a 2lb gain.. I am getting so frustrated!!! I am thinking maybe the 2 diet pepsi's a day could be affecting it.... and maybe not enough water. Only been drinking abt 32 oz. |

| ^ Yes, more water and (if possible) NO soda! You will see a big difference I'm sure. |
