| Good morning Clogger and all who follow. Wow I'd love to have some time off! Hope you have a great week and enjoy the new work out program. Doing really well here. Just finished my second week of induction and lost a little over 10lbs this week and my fasting blood sugar is all the way down to 108 after just two weeks. AWESOME. I'm starting extended induction this week. I'm not exactly sure how long I'll stay on induction but I have a LOT of weight to lose. Have a great day guys!

Snowed three feet then decided to rain and rain and then more rain. Flood warnings today. Good thing i'm on top of the mountain and not at the bottom Great job Dave getting those glucose levels under control! I'm with chick, adding veggies for rung one is a good idea. More fiber! | Hi all CCers! Today is day 1 of extended induction. My weight loss for the 14 day induction is 9 pounds! I will be on extended induction until I reach one-derland or have a need for more variety. The first time I did this WOE, I remained on extended induction and I guess I got a bit bored with the limited variety. This time I will do whatever I need to in order to keep my interest in this WOE and to continue on with my mission! I hope you enjoyed your workout at the gym, Kristine! Today was my first day back in 2 weeks and I had a great workout myself! I have to wait until Friday, when they reopen, to work out again but I'm happy to be able to go again! Congrats on your 10 pound loss Dave! I agree that you could more than likely add more veggies and still achieve great results. Keep up the great work! Stay focused, stay positive and have an awesome low carb day!
