Lots to Lose

Hi Everyone,
I've decided to join this forum for support and to maybe encourage and motivate those of you who are here.

I started Atkins on the 15th of December 2008 and as of January 4, 2009 I have lost a total of 22-lbs. My first few post were posted in the Spotlight Introduction forum. If anyone is interested in reading what I first posted you can find them there.

I'm not sure yet what I want my goal to be. I just want to be healthy and enjoy life before I grow too old. I'm probably looking at taking off at least 150-lbs. My journey is a long one but I'm determined to try my best to get there.
