| Goodmorning everyone! I feel great, I finished my first day back successfully, and did good at withstanding the many many temptations I faced yesterday at work I thought I had seen on here before a picture that showed were to take your measurements, does anyone know where that is because I cant find it. Im going to use that instead of a scale this time around. I find the scale to be very unreliable on progress. Thanks!

| Day 8 of induction for me and only 4lbs away from getting back into the 200's! I should be able to make it by the end of the week, right?!

| Hello All, I hope you all had a fantastic weekend. I am feeling down today. I am up 2.6 lbs from friday. Not sure what it did to cause this. The only thing different I introduced is pork skins, crab meat with butter and garlic salt and 2 hansen diet no sugar no carb soda's. I hope to be in better mood tomorrow.
