So I lost 30 lbs .. then got off the WOE

I'm back up to 306 Lbs eeek !

I started last night at dinner .. the forums helped me stay on track last time so I'm gonna frequent them again and stay focused

Blood Pressure at start averaged 140/85 borderline Hypertension. Blood Pressure 18 days into plan has changed to 120/78 !!! Measured April 5, 2009
