| I know exactly how you feel, we both have a steep mountain to climb and sometimes it's overwhelming. I find concentrating on my mini weight loss goals is the only way I stop myself from freaking out. Can I ask what you're doing for exercise? At the moment I just clean my house vigorously everyday and dance around my living room for a (short) spell. I didn't have any energy to do that before this WOE. I tried squats as I wanted to join the squats challenge but my knees told me "No. no that's not a good idea" Good luck |

| Well today is day 3 and yesterday I walked on the treadmill for 20 minutes.... I'm hoping to increase that to 4 days a week for 60 minutes, of course time and energy will factor into that. I think dancing around your house is great!! We just got a dog and I know I should take him for long walks and that would help....maybe this weekend. Good luck and keep dancing! |

| I really wish I had a treadmill. I hardly get out the house being agoraphobic. I'd much prefer a treadmill to my cross trainer. Dancing is fun but I look totally ridiculous lol! Take care. |

| does your trainer come to your house? My brother actually has as gym membership so I go with him to the gym...or I should say I went yesterday with him. I would like to try and go at least 4 days a week. I must say I feel better waking up at 5am than I do waking up at 7am |

| I don't have a trainer, (I wished) I have a cross training machine. I haven't used it yet as I exceed the maximum weight Going to the gym is a no no for me at the moment. I know what you mean about getting up early. I love it too and it's much better feeling refreshed in the morning as opposed to groggy. 4 times a week at the gym is such a good goal to aim for, I hope I can get in as much exercise as that in the near future.

| I can't do those cross training machines, too much coordination needed. Well I'll be your support through this and you can be mine....one can never have to many friends!! |

| this is my heaviest weight, and I never thought I'd get here again. I think I need to invest in a scale! Well I'm glad I'm meeting other people who are going through the same thing. Hopefully we can be an inspiration to one another!! STEP AWAY FROM THE CARBS....HAHAHAHA |

| Two of my former co-workers are doing atkins with me....they weighed in today (beginning of 6th day) one had lost 3 lbs and the other 8lbs... I won't weigh in for another 2 weeks...I hope I have those kinds of results!!! |
